Spiritual Study Group: Reborn
🌀 What is the Spiritual Study Group?
Every Tuesday our community gathers as one to deepen presence and level up our spirituality through meditation and group discussion. 🥥 Why Kava?
Kava is a plant native to the South Pacific, known scientifically as Piper methysticum. Its root is used to make a traditional ceremonial and recreational drink that has a calming and anxiety-reducing effect, making it a great accompaniment to our meditation.
This event is a resurrection of a gathering of the past, also called the Spiritual Study Group, which used to meet at the every Tuesday night at Kava Garden in South Beach.
We have partnered with Kava Garden to provide complimentary Kava for anyone who would like to try it, however it is completely optional.

⚡ Weekly Practice. Wellness Redefined.
You don’t need to stretch more. You need to expand your perspective of what wellness means to make room for full potential. Come as you are, leave as YOU ARE.
OneWell is more than a social wellness club — it’s an intentional community providing the framework for spiritual awakening. Wellness is more than taking vitamins and optimizing your sleep score, it’s the understanding that the well-being of the planet depends on our ability to awaken to our essential nature as one with all.
