Private Yoga Nidra
$250 (90 Minute Session)
In this 1:1 session, we’ll first explore the areas of your life you'd like to improve or work through — whether it’s limiting beliefs, navigating a life transition, managing stress, improving sleep, or recovering from emotional or physical trauma. I’ll then write a custom yoga nidra script tailored to your needs. Each session begins with restorative or gentle yoga to prepare your body for a more restful yoga nidra experience, followed by a guided yoga nidra practice to help you relax deeply, release tension, and access greater self-awareness and healing.
Guided Yoga & Meditation Sessions
$100/person (2 HR Session)
These group or corporate sessions foster mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. In a corporate setting, I guide employees through practices that improve focus, productivity, and emotional resilience, whether through meditation, mindfulness techniques, or gentle yoga. In group settings, the focus is on cultivating mindfulness, improving mental clarity, and promoting relaxation and connection. Sessions can be customized to the needs of your team or group, offering both in-person (in NYC) and virtual options.

ABOUT
I’m a former Olympic figure skater turned software engineer, yoga nidra guide, and yoga teacher, balancing code and asanas while embracing all parts of myself with authenticity and creativity. Practicing yoga and learning its deeper teachings have been essential in helping me heal from the physical and mental challenges of 15 years as a professional athlete. I lead community mindfulness and yoga nidra events, offer guided meditation sessions at my tech company, and share meditations through my yoga nidra podcast. I’m passionate about helping others embrace their full selves, find peace, and cultivate balance through meditation, yoga, and mindful movement.
