Practicing daily meditation and yoga changed my life as a freshman in college (2016). Since then, the evolution of consciousness and energy work has been a strong passion in my life. after 8 years of practicing yoga and meditation daily, I began to pursue a Masters of Sustainable Development focused in Wellness Tourism and Hoistic medicine.
When traveling to Nepal during the summer of 2022 for my field research project on Wellness Tourism & Alternative medicine - I met my teacher or "guru" for yoga and sound healing.
I traveled with him for four months and learned an intensive 500 hr yoga teacher training certified in Vinyasa, Hatha and Astanga Yoga, learning about Kundalini foundations.
Since then, I have facilitated 143 sound healing sessions, private and group settings; were I continue to learn and evolve my practice by integrating Breathwork, and Reiki.
